There are no age restrictions to join.  You can join today and start saving!

What dental services are covered?
By visiting one of Careington's 62,000 PPO Network Providers you'll benefit from 100% coverage on diagnostic and preventive services which include oral exams and routine cleanings every 6 months, and bitewing x-rays every 12 months.  All other dental services are covered by Discounts offered by Careington's PPO Network Providers.

How do I enroll in this dental plan?

How do I know if a dentist is a Participating PPO dentist?
We recommend that you verify that your dentist is a Careington PPO Network dentist before each visit. You may do so by using our Provider Search, or by asking the dental office staff.

What if my dentist is not listed?
You can fill out our Provider Nomination Form and we will contact your dentist about becoming a Careington PPO Provider.

How do I pay for the plan if I want to join?
You may set up a convenient, automatic checking account electronic funds transfer (EFT) for a monthly, quarterly, or annual payment or pay with your Visa or MasterCard.

Are there any long-term contracts to sign?
No, you can cancel your plan at anytime with no penalty.

What happens after I join?
After enrollment is complete you will receive an email confirming your enrollment. This email will have a link to download and print your plan documents.

When does my coverage begin?
If your application and payment is received by the 20th of any month, your coverage begins the first of the following month.  (For example, if your application and premium is received by March 20th, your coverage will be effective April 1st.  If your application and payment is received between March 21st and March 31st, your coverage will be effective May 1st.)

Are there waiting periods before I can receive dental care?
Once your application is effective, there are no waiting periods associated with the plan.

What if I am going through dental treatment right now – can I still join?
Yes, even if you are currently going through a dental procedure, you may still join the plan.  Check our Provider Search list to be sure that your dentist is a Careington PPO Network Provider.

Are orthodontic services covered?
Yes, orthodontic services are covered under the Discounts offered by Careington's PPO Network Providers.   The discounts for orthodontic services are 20% less than the dentist’s normal charges.

How often can I use the plan?
Included in your plan is 100% coverage for one Comprehensive Oral Exam and Cleaning every six months and one set of Bitewing X-Rays every 12 months at a network dentist.  For all other procedures, you can use your plan as often as you need, and receive the Discounts offered by Careington's PPO Network Providers.

Is there an annual maximum benefit allowance?
No, unlike other dental insurance plans, there is no annual maximum benefit allowance. You may use your plan as often as you like to get discounts on dental services.

Do I have to be a AAA member to join?
No, this plan is open to all individuals and families of all ages.

Who do I call for claim questions?
You call Morgan-White Group for claims questions at 1-800-800-1397, select option 4.

Can I buy a plan just for my child?
Yes, to enroll for your child or children, just Click Here.

What is the maximum age for a full time student?
25 years old.  Coverage will end the last day of the month in which they turn 25.

Are there any deductibles?
If you choose the annual payment option for your plan, there is no deductible.  Otherwise, there will be a $50 per person deductible per year (maximum of $150 per family).

Can I use my own dentist if mine is not on the list?
To maximize the value of this plan, it is better to use one of our 62,000 network dentists.  Although you can use your own dentist to get 100% coverage for one Comprehensive Oral Exam and Cleaning every six months and one set of Bitewing X-Rays every 12 months, your reimbursement for those procedures may be less than if you used one of our network dentists, depending on your dentist’s actual fees.  You will also not be eligible to receive the discounts for additional services of 20% to 50% if your dentist is not on our network.
